Thanks for visiting Joanne's Crafts!

I've been knitting and crocheting for the past seven years. In searching the internet for knitting patterns and crochet patterns, I thought why not create a site of my own! And here I am.

At Joanne's Crafts, we will concentrate mostly on Knitting, Crocheting, and Tatting projects. I'd like to invite you to email me with any knitting, crochet or tatting patterns that you've created for your own use, or have permission to publish. Just click on the "Contact Us" button on the left side of the page. If you have pictures or graphics for the patterns, please add them as a file attachment in the form.

Joanne's Crafts also offers beginner knitting instructions and abbreviations, beginner crochet instructions and abbreviations, as well as beginner tatting instructions and abbreviations. We even have conversion charts for knitting needles and crochet hooks, along with a chart that gives you the yardage of yarn needed for different sizes of garments in all of the different weights of yarn.

If you would like to read crafting articles, I've also set up an article directory. You'll find crafting articles in many categories. If you write crafting articles, please sign up for a free account and submit them. You should be the original author of these articles. Please check out the Terms and Conditions on the article site for guidelines on adding your own article. I need new articles! You'll find the button for the article directory on the left under "Crafting Articles".

Click on the following links or on the links at the bottom of the page to read Interesting Facts About Knitting - Interesting Facts About Crochet - and you can also learn about Circular Knitting. The fourth page is a Sitemap. It should make it much easier for you to navigate through the pages of the site. Click the "Site Map" button on the left to see everything Joanne's Crafts has to offer!
