FRONT Work as given for Back for 11 ins [28 cm], ending with a purl row. Left Front: 1st row: (RS). K29 (32-36-40-46-53). K2tog. Turn. Leave rem sts on spare needle. Dec 1 st at neck edge every alt row to 18 (21-24-28-33-40) sts. Cont even until same length as Back, ending with a purl row. Cast off. With RS facing, join yarn to rem sts and proceed as given for Left Front, reversing V-neck shaping. FINISHING Sew shoulder seams. Sew side seams from cast on edge, leaving last 9 ins [23 cm] open for armhole. |
